This web link is for making a complaint about your experience at Children's Centre Thunder Bay.

This web link is checked once daily during office hours generally from Monday to Friday. An initial acknowledgement in follow up to your complaint will be made within 2 working days at which time you will be notified about how the process will continue.

We appreciate and value your comments as this helps us to identify opportunities to improve our organization. Making a complaint will not negatively affect the services you or your child/youth is receiving from CCTB now or in the future.
