Board of Directors 2011/2012

The Children's Centre Thunder Bay is a non-profit charitable organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who provides leadership and direction to the Centre. The Board is composed of a variety of community member who bring a range of skills and knowledge to governing the Centre.

The Board meets on a month basis to review the operations of the Centre, monitor whether it is meeting its obligations and ensure that it is not doing anything illegal or imprudent.
